How many units do you manage per building?+
We work with buildings from 2 units up to 100+ unit portfolios across Greater LA. Our systems, staff, and vendor network scale with the property.
What's included in your management fee?+
Leasing and marketing, tenant screening, lease drafting, rent collection, maintenance coordination, monthly owner statements, and compliance with LA-specific rent laws (RSO, TPO, etc.).
Do you handle rent-stabilized (RSO) buildings?+
Yes. We're experienced with Los Angeles RSO and Tenant Protection Ordinance requirements, including annual registration, allowable rent increases, and relocation assistance.
How do you screen tenants?+
Every applicant goes through credit, income, eviction, and prior-landlord verification. We follow Fair Housing law strictly and use consistent, documented criteria.
Can I switch mid-lease from my current manager?+
